Managing an existing FTP account Creating a FTP account This is a complete list of the ftp accounts you have created. You can see and modify the accounts, the access passwords and the target directories. With the FTP username(s) and password(s) you can connect to your site. Note:If you are behind a firewall, please use 'passive mode' for your FTP client. Check your FTP client Help section for more information.

Creating a FTP account Managing an existing FTP account We offer the opportunity to create several FTP accounts, leading to different directories, for every single user, who will be allowed to use certain access to your web directory. To create a working FTP account, you have to fill in the following information: Username: Fill in the name of the user and choose a domain using the drop menu. Password: Type in the desired password in both fields. Path: Choose the directory, to which the new user will have access. Click the Add FTP account button to activate the new username.
